Greg Stanley’s Whitehall Management

Whitehall began in 1980 as promoters of a conservative financial philosophy with an emphasis on being debt-free and purchasing safe investments. Our firm has evolved with the needs of the doctors we serve. Our focus for the last decade has been to help retiring dentists turn their practices into a passive income stream.

We help dentists develop their vision for practice, and make that vision a reality.

Greg Stanley, founder and owner of Whitehall Management is passionate about helping dentists achieve the lifestyles they deserve. His background in finance and his decades-long quest to master the business of dentistry has driven his success in the dental community.

Greg is constantly learning and growing in his knowledge. He always has his ear to the ground, actively listening to practicing Whitehall Doctors while subscribing to and truly absorbing as much current clinical and business material as he can get his hands on.

He creates and implements systems that have transformed dental practices all over the country. Greg’s ultimate goal for dentists is to eliminate stress and allow doctors to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, while creating a self-sustaining structure that supports a prosperous business.

Along with his business partner and CEO of Whitehall Management, Wes Warren, Greg works hard to maintain his sterling reputation in the dental community. Your practice is our priority.

Meet Our team

Greg Stanley

Founder, Whitehall Management

Greg Stanley graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1975. Since that time, Greg has spoken to over 50,000 health care professionals on the topics of practice management and finance. In addition to producing over 200 monthly audio recordings, Greg has created dozens of full-length audio education programs on topics ranging from practice overhead and control to team building and marketing, and continues to produce recordings to reflect modern dentistry.

Wes Warren

CEO, Whitehall Management

Wes’s professional career began at Whitehall Management in 2001. His first position with Whitehall was in the media department where he edited and mailed audio sets and other educational materials. He worked his way up through the company from there. Wes began answering the phones and taking calls, and before long, he was maintaining his own clients as a Whitehall Consultant.

Finally, in 2008 Wes took his current position as CEO of Whitehall Management. He now oversees our entire operation.

Ronald Peterson, DDS, MS

Senior Consultant, Whitehall Management

Dr. Ronald Peterson practiced periodontics in Arizona for over 20 years. He’s also taught at three universities, and served as president of the Arizona State Dental Association, as well as the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners and the Western Regional Examining Board. Dr. Peterson has also been a member of the Commission on Accreditation and Council on Education for the American Dental Association. As a serial entrepreneur, he’s been involved with numerous other business activities over the past 30 years.

Since joining the team as Whitehall Consultant in 2011, Dr. Peterson’s experience in the dental field has proven to be invaluable. He has been instrumental in creating systems that help to overcome some of the most challenging obstacles facing dental practices today.

Laura Gainor

Senior Consultant, Whitehall Management

Laura has been with Whitehall Management as a consultant since 2008. Prior to Whitehall, she spent 12 years in the orthodontic field working for three high quality, fee for service practices. Laura has experience in almost every position in an orthodontic office, including 7 years as a treatment coordinator. She also has 12 years of experience in the marketing services field as an account manager for a major marketing research firm, and a client service director for a database marketing firm, both in Chicago. She is originally a native of northeast Ohio, and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in marketing.

Laura’s superior organizational skills and her vast experience in the dental field have helped her to promote success in Whitehall’s largest and most prestigious practices. She has proven to be an incredible asset to the Whitehall Team.
